Christology This discussion we had at one of our Essential of the Faith discussions. What are your thoughts? 1. Who is this Jesus? a. Jesus Christ Superstar? b. One who walks in the garden alone with those of piety? c. Suffering servant? d. “Who do you say that I am?” Matthew 16: 15

10. Three offices of Christ Some of the names given to Jesus: a. Prophet b. Priest c. King
Wow! This is a lot to respond to. Is Jesus Just one thing? To me part of the reason there are so many names, titles, stories is because different people experience Christ differently today -- I'm pretty sure they experienced Jesus differently in his day. Even though some followed, his "divinity" must have been pretty well hidden, otherwise everyone would have followed!
So, what did people think of the Christmas Season at FUBC? Was there something that delighted you? Something you missed? Have a question about why we did some things the way we did? What helped you really experience Christmas?
I love looking out at our congregation on a Sunday morning. I love the richness of the heritage I see, of the diversity of our congregation and I think to myself, "this is what the Kingdom of God looks like!"
